Bobcats Baseball wins series against Lamar

Lamar, Colo. - The Bobcats visited Lamar Community College and scored 50 runs to capture three out of a four game series this weekend and claim their fourth series win of the season.

Southeast 14 – Lamar 12 (Seven Innings)

Lamar jumped out to an early 6-2 lead after scoring three runs in each of the first two innings of what became a hitting clinic for both teams. Only the third inning saw neither team score. After combining for 11 runs in the fifth and sixth innings, three runs in the top of the seventh sealed the win for the Bobcats.

Kadyn Martinez led the team with three hits—two of which were home runs—and Brady Hunt and Jack Hogan had two hits and one home run each.
